New Books to Check Out

I'm currently in a "no serious literature" reading mood. I suppose it isn't really a mood, so much as an unwillingness to let myself become possessed by a new novel and do nothing with my life until the novel is complete. So here are new books I've been perusing. No. Perusing is the wrong word. Here are some books I've been pawing at before falling asleep on top of them.

How to Sew a Button: and other nifty things your grandmother knew by Erin Bried. I'm currently trying the bread recipe right now.

I've also been flipping through Mike Bender and Doug Chernack's Awkward Family Photos which has made me smile.
